When will my order ship?

Please note: personalized items are made just "fur" you and require 3-5 days of extra production time. 

Please note all personalized items are final sale and not refundable, unless we make a mistake.

What if there is a mistake?

Personalized products are final sale because they are made just for you, so please double-check your personalization text! Of course, if the error is on our side, we will send you a replacement at no charge.

What if I need a different character limit?

Our products have certain character limits for embroidery based on the surface area of the product. For instance:

• For our bandanas, you can embroider up to 10 characters

• For our lady bows, you can embroider up to 8 characters
